Job Description:
FOR IMMEDIATE RECRUITMENT
A well-established and progressive automotive company in Qatar with multiple franchises is seeking a Business Development Executive for its Light & Heavy Commercial Vehicles – Truck & Bus division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the company’s business development efforts in the automotive and superstructure manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and propose effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery efficiency.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of fleet/institutional sales experience in the automotive or superstructure manufacturer industry.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent professional selling and planning skills.
- High energy level and self-motivated attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Must hold a valid Qatar driving license.
- Candidates should be prepared to transfer their work visa.
