Job Description

Specialized El Salah Contracting Co. (SECC Qatar) is looking to hire an Executive Secretary to support the executive management team at the company’s headquarters in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will handle executive correspondence, scheduling, and ensure efficient day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointments, meetings, and correspondence for the executive management team.
  • Prepare, draft, and format official letters, reports, and presentations.
  • Follow up on decisions issued by senior management and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Handle visitors, calls, and official communications.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and correspondence with clients and government authorities.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in secretarial or administrative roles (preferably in contracting).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms for professional use.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Valid Qatar residence permit, transferable (NOC preferred).
