Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a passionate and energetic Event Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Hosting and managing events such as parties, birthdays, and marriage functions.
• Planning and executing event setups and decorations.
• Engaging and entertaining guests, especially kids, during events.
• Communicating effectively with clients and vendors.
• Ensuring smooth coordination and management throughout each event.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience in event coordination or party hosting.
• Skilled in decoration, planning, and crowd engagement.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic (mandatory).
• Confident, smart, and well-presented.
• Applicants must be below 30 years old and currently residing in Qatar (in-country hire only).
