📌 Job Description

We are seeking a Site Secretary to join our team in Doha. This full-time, on-site role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations at the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain site office documentation, including filing and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate communication between site personnel and the head office.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, site visits, and other events.
  • Prepare and process site-related correspondence and reports.
  • Assist in the procurement and management of office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures on-site.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
