## Job Description

As an Interior Designer / Draftsman at Nabco Group, you will play a crucial role in the design and execution of interior projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and our design team to transform spaces into inspiring environments.

### Your Responsibilities

– Undertake design projects from concept to completion
– Define project requirements and develop detailed schedules
– Translate client needs into creative design solutions
– Create rough plans, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations
– Produce sample boards and mood products
– Oversee progress and ensure quality standards
– Work closely with designers, decorators, architects
– Stay updated on design trends and best practices

## Key Responsibilities

### Design and Planning
– Conduct site assessments and client consultations
– Develop comprehensive design concepts
– Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
– Prepare project timelines and milestones

### Technical Documentation
– Produce accurate technical drawings
– Collaborate with contractors and suppliers
– Conduct quality control inspections
– Prepare as-built drawings

### Client Communication
– Present design concepts to clients
– Incorporate client feedback and revisions
– Provide regular project updates

### Team Coordination
– Work collaboratively with interior designers, architects

## Requirements and Qualifications

### Education
– Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field

### Experience
