Job Overview

• Position: HSE Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of workplace health, safety, and environment standards.
• Assist with HSE audits, inspections, and compliance-related follow-up.
• Participate in incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action processes.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and emergency procedure readiness.
• Help ensure safe site operations and compliance with required standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (minimum 3-year course).
• NEBOSH IGC 3, IOSH, and OSHA certifications are required.
• NEBOSH IGC should have been issued on or before 2022.
• Minimum 5 years of Gulf-region experience, specifically in civil building construction.
• Strong familiarity with HSE management systems, audits, documentation, and emergency procedures.
• Must be locally available in Qatar for immediate joining.

Preferred Skills

• Previous Ashghal-related experience is preferred.
• Strong reporting, follow-up, and safety compliance skills.
• Ability to work professionally in an active site environment.
