### 📝 Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications

• Coordinate and schedule workers to ensure timely project completion

• Monitor site progress and maintain daily work reports

• Check material quality, quantities, and usage on-site

• Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and site discipline

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients

• Identify and resolve site issues proactively

• Ensure proper finishing and quality checks before final handover

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of site supervision experience

• Strong knowledge of site management

• Ability to manage manpower efficiently

• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Experience (Added Advantage):

• Epoxy flooring systems

• Microcement applications

• Cementitious and PU waterproofing systems
