Job Description:

FOR IMMEDIATE RECRUITMENT

A well-established and progressive automotive company in Qatar with multiple franchises is seeking a Business Development Executive for its Light & Heavy Commercial Vehicles – Truck & Bus division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand the company’s business development efforts in the automotive and superstructure manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet and institutional clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and propose effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery efficiency.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of fleet/institutional sales experience in the automotive or superstructure manufacturer industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Excellent professional selling and planning skills.
  • High energy level and self-motivated attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Must hold a valid Qatar driving license.
  • Candidates should be prepared to transfer their work visa.
